The Federal Impact Aid survey results in an additional $3 million in grants each year from the U.S Department of Education. The PTSA at South Lakes High School has been addressing food insecurity in our community since 2017 through the PTSA Pantry. It not only supports South Lakes students and families but more than 120 students and 170 families from all over our pyramid come to the Pantry every Thursday to receive food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. We have a variety of ways you can volunteer to help plan and facilitate these special events.
