Get Ready for Fox Mill Matsuri – Wristbands, Bento, Raffle & More!

Dear Fox Mill Families,

We are so excited to invite you to the Matsuri Festival at Fox Mill Elementary School on Friday, May 16, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM.  It will be a fun-filled evening with Japanese games, crafts, delicious food, and exciting cultural activities for the whole family!

Here’s everything you need to know to join in the fun:

Wristbands

  • Wristbands are required for all school-aged children, including performers. 

  • If your child is under 4, they do not need a wristband to enter, but will need one if they want to participate in games or crafts.  

  • Adults don’t need wristbands, but must stay with their children throughout the event (this is not a drop-off event).  

  • Wristbands are $8 per child or $15 per family and sell out fast—please purchase them ahead of time!

Bento Meals

  • We’re offering delicious bento boxes that can be pre-ordered online. Bento meals will NOT be available for purchase at the event, so don’t miss out on this tasty option!

Food & Treat Tickets

  • Make sure to pre-purchase tickets for all food, drinks, and treats (except bentos) through GiveBacks. No cash will be accepted at food booths, though we will have a limited number of tickets available at the door for cash only.

Raffle Tickets

  • Get your raffle tickets for a chance to win fun and unique Japanese-themed prizes!  

  • Raffle tickets are available for purchase online only—cash will not be accepted at the event.

Craft Vendors

  • We’ll have amazing handmade crafts for sale by local vendors—please bring cash if you’d like to shop!
