Matsuri Update – Wristbands Sold Out & Important Reminders

Dear Fox Mill Families,

Thank you so much for your wonderful support!  We are sold out of wristbands and bento pre-orders, and food & snack ticket sales are now closed.  We’re so grateful for the enthusiasm from our community and can’t wait to celebrate together.

If you purchased the following:

  • Wristbands and Food & Snack Tickets: Upon check-in, they will be handed to an adult in your family.

  • Bento Pre-orders: These will be available at the cafeteria.

  • Additional Food & Snack Tickets (for snacks, drinks, and bake sale purchases):  A limited amount will be available at the door for cash only.

Raffle ticket sales remain open through Tuesday night, so there’s still time to join the fun and support the event.

If any of the following applies to you:

  1. Volunteers who haven’t purchased wristbands for their children

  2. Performers' families who haven’t purchased wristbands for their children

  3. You missed the wristband sale, but are willing to volunteer at Matsuri

Please don’t worry—just reach out to JCC at jccfoxmill@gmail.com so we can assist with arrangements in advance.  Please note that all family packages are sold out.  If we are able to assist you, it will be with individual wristbands only.

We are anticipating a busy check-in process, and our wonderful parent volunteers will be working hard to welcome everyone.  To help everything go smoothly:

  • Please make any special requests ahead of time by contacting JCC at jccfoxmill@gmail.com.

  • While our volunteers are happy to assist with general questions, we kindly ask that you avoid negotiating wristbands or other purchases at the door.

Our volunteers are there to ensure a smooth experience for all families, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
