Help Wanted! Can you be a Coordinator for a PTA event?
/We have several roles open--please read through and see if you might be able to help!
Sponsorship Coordinator: work with our sponsors to make sure we deliver what we promise in our sponsorship packages (typically this is social media posts, a flyer or two, or a teacher breakfast shout-out). This is on your schedule, from home!
Dining for Dollars Coordinator: work with our partner restaurants to plan and publicize our semi-monthly Dining for Dollars events (work with the restaurant to set the date and time, receive or design a flyer, and make sure Fox Prints and our calendar are updated). This is on your schedule, from home!
Books and Bingo Coordinator: Plan and execute our Friday 12/4 Books and Bingo event. This can be shared between multiple coordinators! Recruit celebrity teacher callers, create book prize packages, and lead your volunteer team for our annual event. Planning is on your schedule, and the event date is set for the evening of 12/4.
