We are delighted to welcome our community to Matsuri on Friday, May 1st. Thank you for your continued support, cooperation, and enthusiasm in helping make this event possible. We truly appreciate your partnership in creating a meaningful and enjoyable celebration for all families.

Wristbands – SOLD OUT
Wristbands are now fully sold out. We have reached maximum capacity and are unable to accommodate any additional requests. This has been communicated since February through Fox Prints, Facebook, flyers, PTA meetings, and class parent emails. We appreciate your understanding.

Thursday Folder Distribution
Students who have purchased wristbands will receive them in their Thursday folders.
Please review the contents and store the wristbands in a secure place, as lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
If your child does not receive the package, please review your Givebacks receipt and contact JCC with a copy. We are unable to assist without proof of purchase.

Admission Policy
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Unaccompanied children will not be admitted. Any child found without a parent or guardian during the event will be required to be picked up immediately.
We respectfully ask all attendees to adhere to this policy, as this is a full-capacity event.

Bento Purchases
All bento purchasers should have received an email from JCC.
If you did not purchase wristbands and would like to cancel your bento order, please contact JCC as soon as possible, no later than Tuesday.

Conduct & Expectations
This event is organized and operated by dedicated volunteers, including high school and middle school students, with adult supervision on site.
We ask all attendees to treat volunteers with courtesy and respect and to help us maintain a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
