Former Floris Elementary student and former RCMS debater, Evan Meade, who is currently the "best-delegation" winner of the South Lakes Model United Nations team is offering his summer speech and debate program for the 3rd year in a row. This program is open to rising 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and is an excellent opportunity for students looking to try out for the RCMS debate team or to gain confidence and skills with speech and debate.
