THANK YOU, Fox Mill! Our SEL Strategies Lab is Up and Running!

Thank you to the generous donations that were received! Ms. Denton and Ms. Keating reached their goal to create a SEL(Social Emotional Learning) Strategies Lab. This room has already started to take shape and a benefit to our students! This is a place where students are practicing coping strategies when they are having “Big” feelings.

Ms. Denton and Ms. Keating have more hopes and dreams to make the SEL Strategies Lab even more successful and are looking for the possible assistance of an Eagle Scout, a Girl Scout troop who needs a service project, or even a handy FMES parent/guardian. Reminder, a special Dining for Dollars fundraiser with Lucia’s is happening NOW through Thursday, January 11th!! Stop by Lucia’s in the Fox Mill Shopping Center (2531 John Milton Dr) during business hours (11 AM - 10 PM) on these dates and be sure to mention the FMES fundraiser when ordering lunch out or dinner with family and friends. Lucia’s will donate 15% of sales back to the FMES PTA to support school activities and events. Catch up with family and friends and enjoy not having to cook a meal in the new year!
