We are so excited for our upcoming Matsuri Festival on Friday, May 16th, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at Fox Mill Elementary School! It will be a fun-filled evening with Japanese games, crafts, delicious food, and exciting cultural activities for the whole family.

Month of the Military Child: Spirit Wear Week (April 7th - 11th)

FCPS will celebrate Month of the Military Child in April. We will honor our military families with a week of spirit wear THIS WEEK, from April 7th-11th. Wednesday the 9th will be “Purple Up” Day. Purple represents all the colors of the military branches mixed together. More detailed information went home in the Thursday folders.

We would also like to invite all Fox Mill families with a military connection to “Craft and Cookies” on Tuesday, April 8th  from 2:00-3:00pm. Join us in our new garden by the playground for some yummy cookies and a dandelion craft.  The dandelion represents military children because they will bloom where they are planted. We will use fingerprints to decorate a dandelion print. A print invitation will be going home next week.
